The vegetables come from southern Germany. It contains a dozen carefully matched and particularly nutritious varieties such as broccoli, carrots, beetroot and spinach.

Our local fruit comes from meadow orchards, like our old apple varieties. Sea buckthorn, rose hips and sloes are also found in LaVita. Exotic fruits ensure its many enzymes. In total, we have selected over 20 types of fruit for LaVita.

Guaranteed free from harmful substances and additives thanks to control of both the raw materials and the end product.

The hand-pressed herbal broth made from over 20 herbs is fermented in barrique barrels. This breaks the ingredients down, which come for example, from milk thistle, nettle, ginger and artichoke, and makes them available to the body.

The high-quality vegetable oils obtained from pumpkin seeds, linseed, grape seeds and borage seeds are gently cold-pressed. This way, all valuable ingredients are preserved. The oils enable the body to better absorb the fat-soluble vitamins D, E and K. Aloe vera, green tea and maté extract complete the recipe.

Nature has a great variety to offer – and LaVita takes advantage of this. Fruit, vegetables and herbs also contain a wide range of phytochemicals. These substances are called polyphenols, flavonoids or carotenoids. In plants, they are responsible for the colouring and for protecting against UV rays.
